 Most fillers last between 9 months to 1 year.
In some cases, results may last longer — or fade a little sooner.

It depends on:

• Which product is used 
• Where it’s injected 
• Your age and metabolism
   

Your provider will help set realistic expectations based on your unique treatment plan.

Topical numbing cream is applied to treatment area for 15-20min, and most syringes have lidocaine added into the filler to have a virtually pain free experience. 

 It’s normal to experience some bruising, swelling, or mild discomfort in the treated area for 3–5 days after your appointment.

You may also feel small lumps or bumps under the skin for up to 4–6 weeks as the filler settles and blends with your tissue.

This is usually nothing to worry about, but if anything feels uncomfortable or unusual, reach out to your injector for guidance.

 Dermal fillers are safe to get year-round. There’s no specific season that’s better than another.

However, if you're getting filler for a special event (like a wedding, photoshoot, or reunion), we recommend booking your treatment at least 3 months in advance — especially if it's your first time.

This allows time for:

• Product to settle 
• Any touch-ups 
• Full results to show
   

Planning ahead means you’ll look and feel your best when it matters most.

 This depends on both the provider and the patient.

To reduce the risk of complications like filler migration or vascular occlusion (VO), many providers recommend waiting 3 to 6 months after receiving a full syringe.

However, there are exceptions. If your body responds well or more volume is needed for best results, your provider may adjust the timeline.

This will be reviewed during your consultation, and your treatment plan will be personalized to keep results safe, natural, and effective.

 There are a lot of misconceptions about fillers and neuromodulators (like Botox). But when done correctly by a skilled provider, the results can look natural and refreshed — not fake or frozen.
